Hello Everyone, I have been testing out some skincare products recently to see which works with my skin best to help get rid of breakouts. I started by getting little bumps over my forehead and just didnt know what they was until I researched and found out its not a rash or pimples but clogged pores!! I started to research more and find out how I can get rid of these pesty pores.
- Exfoliate your skin at least 3 days a week.
Exfoliating your skin 3 times a week can remove dead skin cells and can help reduce or remove those bumps. Leaving your skin feeling and looking much smoother which is a great feeling, even when applying your makeup your skin will feel less rough and more soft.
- Cleanse your skin everyday.
Cleansing your skin everyday will help remove any dirt/oil and any left over makeup. Throughout the day the skin on your face is continually covered with bacteria, pollutants, viruses, dirt, and old (dead) skin cells, this will help reduce the breakouts and will give you a fresh look.
- Find a great moistuirser which will not irritate your skin.
Before finding the perfect product to use on my face to give moisture, I was using anti aging creams which was making my skin feel even worse and dry feeling and I could not understand why I was getting red rashes over my face. I have sensitive skin so I needed to change my moisuirser ASAP! I then decided to give ALOE VERA Gel a go which is great to use as a moisturiser as its super hyrdating.
The benefits of aloe vera are that its great for pigmentation, acne, eczema and contains two hormones which are Auxin and Gibberellins. These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce skin inflammation.

Lets now talk about my favourite products I am using to exfoliate and cleanse my skin!

My favourite product to use for exfoliating my skin, it has a lovely scent and feels lovely on your skin, I like to apply this product on first before cleansing my skin and apply and rub circle motions into my skin with a little water. You can apply this mask how ever you want and what works best for you.

The cleanser I am currently using is unfortunatly sold out every where and you cannot buy the product anymore. It was by Lisa Hoffman and was a serum day cleanser. When this product runs out I will definatly will be sticking to a serum cleanser as I love how it feels when applying and it is also easy to apply. Rubbing all the serum into my skin and washing off with warm water and then cold water to close the pores.
TIP
Try not to touch your face. WHAAT! Sounds silly but through out the day your hands can pick up bacteria and with out noticing you can be resting your head on your hand and instantly putting bacteria on your face which can cause a pimple.
I was wondering why I have pimples on my chin, but now I know what was causing so much breakouts around that area, Resting my head on my hand!
I hope this post helped you, if you have any recommendations of skincare products comment below.
