I want to start off by giving my followers some inspiration on achieving their dreams.
If you have a passion for something and really want to make that your career, you have to think out side the box and remain positive. Finding on how to go about it is the first step to achieving your goals, you have to come up with a plan and how you can work this around your lifestyle. Success does not lie in results but in efforts. Being the best is not so important. Doing the best is all that matters. In life you can’t wait about for an opportunity to come to you, you have go and create it and things will fall into place.

Start where you are, use what you have and do what you can, don’t stop until you feel proud of yourself. The main thing is to never give up when things get tough, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Your attitude on things in life, determines your direction, this is why it is so important to stay positive no matter what life throws at you.
I strongly recommend a book called The Secret, if you haven’t heard of it, The Secret is a best-selling 2006 self-help book by Rhonda Byrne, based on the earlier film of the same name. It is based on the pseudo-scientific ‘law of attraction‘ which claims that thoughts can change the world directly. The book has sold 20 million copies worldwide and has been translated into 50 languages. It has changed many people views in life and certainly changed mine.
I will also recommend a man that I watch on youtube, Ralph. He’s youtube channel is called infinite waters diving deep. He is a psychologist and councillor and now has gone on to motivate and inspire many people across the world with a staggering 1Million + Subscribers. Why is meditation good for the body?
Meditation is essential to feel well and live a Happy Life. Meditation can help us to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety, all factors that can prevent us feeling happy. It has been proved that the practice of meditation, carried out on a regular basis, will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety. I like to mediate at least once a week, I search on youtube, ‘deep cleaning meditation music’ and lay down with my head phones in for at least an hour. This helps me clear my mind of any stress and worries, I find it very cleansing for me.
